Because our products may include ready-stock, limited-edition, made-to-order, customised and handcrafted items, return and refund eligibility may vary depending on the type and condition of the product.

1. Designer Wear – Ready Stock

Ready-stock Designer Wear products may be eligible for return or exchange subject to the conditions mentioned in this policy.

The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, unworn and without any damage, alteration, washing, staining or other signs of use.

All original tags, packaging, accessories and other items supplied with the product should be retained and returned wherever applicable.

2. Designer Wear – Made-to-Order & Custom Orders

Made-to-order and customised Designer Wear products are generally non-returnable and non-exchangeable because they are prepared specifically according to the customer’s requirements.

This may include products involving customised measurements, colour preferences, design changes, embroidery, embellishment, fabric selection or other customer-specific requirements.

If a product is received damaged, defective or materially different from the confirmed order, please contact us promptly so that we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
