These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the DIVILINA website and your purchase of products from our Designer Wear, Jewellery and Art & Craft collections. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. About DIVILINA
DIVILINA offers products across three primary categories:
- Designer Wear: Women’s designer wear, party wear, limited-edition pieces, ready-stock products, made-to-order garments and customised products.
- Jewellery: Carefully selected jewellery, including earrings, necklaces, pendant necklaces, bangles, bracelets, anklets, rings, chokers, and other jewellery collections.
- Art & Craft: DIY art and craft kits, creative products and related craft materials.
Product availability, specifications, pricing and applicable terms may vary depending on the individual product.
2. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, measurements and other information displayed on the website are accurate.
However, minor variations in colour, appearance, texture, finish or measurements may occur, particularly because of screen settings, lighting, handcrafted processes and material variations.
For Designer Wear, some products may be one-of-one, limited-edition or subject to fabric availability. Therefore, an identical reproduction may not always be possible.
3. Pricing
All product prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
Applicable shipping charges, taxes or other charges, where applicable, will be displayed during the checkout process.
DIVILINA reserves the right to change product prices, offers, discounts or product availability at any time without prior notice. Such changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted and confirmed, except where required by applicable law.
4. Orders
Placing an order constitutes a request to purchase the selected product. An order will be treated as confirmed after the payment and order details have been successfully verified.
DIVILINA reserves the right to cancel or decline an order in circumstances including, but not limited to:
- Product being unavailable.
- Incorrect product or pricing information.
- Payment failure or payment verification issues.
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorised transactions.
- Any other circumstance where fulfilment is not reasonably possible.
If an order is cancelled by DIVILINA after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded through the appropriate payment method, subject to applicable terms.
5. Payment
We may accept payments through the payment methods made available on the website, including online payment methods and direct UPI/bank transfer where enabled.
COD (Cash on Delivery) is not available unless specifically stated for a particular order or product.
For direct UPI or bank-transfer payments, the order may be processed only after the payment has been received and verified.
Customers should use the relevant order number as the payment reference wherever requested.
6. Designer Wear – Ready Stock
Ready-stock Designer Wear products are subject to availability at the time the order is placed.
Where a product is identified as a limited-edition or one-of-one piece, the same product may not be available again after it has been sold.
Returns, exchanges and refunds for such products are governed by the Refund & Returns Policy applicable to the product.
7. Designer Wear – Made-to-Order & Custom Orders
Made-to-order and customised garments may be prepared specifically according to the customer’s requirements.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements, customisation details and other information required for production.
Once production or customisation has started, cancellation or return may not be possible except where required under applicable law or in cases covered by our Refund & Returns Policy.
Because fabrics and materials may have limited availability, the final product may sometimes have minor differences from an earlier reference design where such differences are necessary for production.
8. Art & Craft Products
Art & Craft products may contain multiple components, colours, shapes or materials as described on the individual product page.
Product contents, specifications and quantities may vary between different kits or products and will be based on the respective product listing.
Customers should follow any safety, handling or age-related information provided with the product.
9. Shipping & Delivery
Orders will be dispatched to the shipping address provided by the customer during checkout.
Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary because of the destination, courier operations, weather, public holidays, logistical disruptions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact details.
Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery may be subject to the courier’s operational timelines and policies.
10. Cancellation
Cancellation eligibility depends on the type and stage of the order.
- Ready-stock products: Cancellation may be possible before dispatch.
- Made-to-order products: Cancellation may not be possible once production has started.
- Customised products: Cancellation may not be possible once customisation or production has started.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may generally not be possible.
11. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Returns, refunds and exchanges are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.
Please review that policy before placing an order, particularly for customised, personalised, made-to-order, limited-edition and one-of-one products.
Where a return, replacement, exchange or refund is approved, the applicable procedure will be communicated by DIVILINA.

- Provide accurate measurements and customisation details where applicable.
